WHAT PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?

ANY items(s) purchased that you don't love may be exchanged or returned. This includes Sale & Clearance merchandise and items received as gifts.

Products purchased can only be returned or exchanged if it’s not been used / damaged through courier at the owners cost, as currently the company does not have return pickup facility. Please send the copy of the e-invoice you would have received through email/ SMS along with the products, Price tags are not required, but will make the processing of your return/exchange easier.

EXCLUSIONS:

We are unable to accept items where the sewn-in garment tag has been cut or removed (where applicable). We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on products purchased through our authorized retailers you will have to get in touch with the store directly from where you have purchased the product.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?

WITH AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:

Within 30 days of purchase:

EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY

Smilzo will exchange the product in-case there is some manufacturing defect in the product, the new products of the same size and color in the original form will be couriered to your shipping address within 10 days from the receipt of the Product along with the invoice

You could also ask for full refund in your account in case you are not happy with any of our product for any reason, we will refund the money in your account within 10 Working days from the date of receipt of the products

After 30 days of purchase:

Smilzo will not be able to exchange any products post 30 days of purchase, we will send the same product back to the shipping address where the products originally shipped at the time of purchase at our company cost.

KEEP IN MIND:

All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the amount of refund or credit. You will be limited to 2 returns, including exchanges for merchandise of lesser value, within a 30 day period (this does not include defective products).

WITHOUT AN ORIGINAL RECEIPT:

The payment and return policy posted at the time of your return will apply.

Smilzo, Spotter will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned merchandise factoring in all promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase), and coupons that may have applied.

 

WITH A GIFT RECEIPT:

Smilzo will exchange merchandise or issue a merchandise credit in an amount equal to the original purchase price for the returned merchandise. All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, free items (as part of a qualifying purchase) and coupons granted at the time of purchase will be prorated and applied to the credited amount.

GIFT CARDS:

Gift cards may not be returned, or redeemed for cash, unless balances are under RS 500. Terms & Conditions apply to Gift Cards.

PRICE ADJUSTMENTS:

Within 14 days of the original purchase, a one-time price adjustment will be issued when an original receipt is presented.
